Prebuck Materials: Revolutionizing Construction
A new era in construction has begun, combining strength and quality with speed and efficiency. Prebuck technology offers the strongest, fastest, and smartest construction solutions available, allowing you to save time and money while building superior durability into every project.
Specifically designed for direct contact with concrete and non-corrosive to metals, Prebuck products feature TimberStrand Strandguard (LSL) engineered lumber treated with zinc borate for exceptional resistance to insects and decay. Additionally, Prebuck products utilize MDI resin, a 100% waterproof bonding agent that cures to form a durable plastic.
By integrating these quality components with advanced engineering, Prebuck guarantees the most efficient construction technology available today and is great for general contractors, roofers, carpenters and more.

Benefits for Residential and Commercial Construction

- Non-Corrosive to Metals: Ensures longevity and compatibility with various construction materials.
- Insect and Decay Resistant: Treated with zinc borate for superior resistance to pests and decay.
- Maintains Structural Integrity: Will not delaminate, become spongy, or lose fastener holding strength when exposed to typical construction conditions.
- Dimensional Stability: Will not cup, warp, or twist over time, ensuring a consistent, flat, and stable framing material.
- Minimal Internal Bracing: LSL bending strength minimizes the need for internal bracing before concrete pour.
